William and Mary Carr founded their business in ireland in 1946. William saw a gap in the market for exporting his much sought after wild salmon. His first foray in to other territories brought him to the world famous fish markets of Rungis, Paris and Billingsgate, London in the 1950’s.
Today, CARR & SONS is still family run with a commitment to supporting local communities and working responsibly with local fishermen around the coast of Ireland. We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship and skill and use only the finest quality ingredients to prepare our innovative range of products.
